Steven1459 pls stick to the facts and may I suggest you read my posts or Kenneths or Rebel1 who spoke to the company on Friday.....but i would appreciate in your wisdom if you would show me your 100% credit risk argument based on facts instead of speculation or rumour mongering.
The bankers have agreed to the refi extension and only placed a caveat on that and its probably something OZL needs to swallow.
Banks have not recalled the debt and OZL is not in any violation of any covenants.OZL is not highly leveraged.
The banks have no rights to enforce liquidation and god forbid if they tried it would take months to unwind and by then PH is up and running and a cash cow. Banks would also have to write down their resource loan books by billions and at the moment they dont wiah to do that unless absolutely necessary.
The deal gets done and OZL rallies. But please show me your argument for shutting it all down.
Peace.
