It's one rogue bank in the consortium of seven. Obviously, it doesn't either doesn't have the money or appetite to continue and now wants out. So it imposes new conditions that OZ can't meet (because they would then breach the other six banks' contracts), so the deal is now blocked. Pretty simple - this is nothing to do all the stuff you guys are argueing about. The banks are OK with all that.
