median pfs for trial = 16w
median pfs for control arm = 12w
median pfs for phenoxodiol arm = 18w??
not sure if you're confusing the usage of median for mean, but if patient split 50/50 then phenoxodiol arm would be mean = 20w :)


Anyway my own prediction is that
mean pfs for trial = 16w (based on the size of the patient data books... :D)
range pfs for control arm = 4w-16w based on literature.
range pfs for phenoxodiol arm = 4w-38w
mean pfs for control arm = 10w
mean pfs for phenoxodiol arm = 22w

that would yield a statistical significant result on analysis of 142 patients :)

Ever since that retarded speeding ticket, the sp has been drifting lower :/
