GY, You say VIL is undervalued, at this stage i cant say either way, wish I could buy you a drink and find out how you came to this conclusion, every man for themselves I guess. Not being a greedy man I would like to have a way of knowing were the fair price would roughly be once flow/quanity is announced and doing some reading on how to value companies as we speak. Being in property mostly, I have accepted a higher offer than exspected in the past and will do the same with VIL if it goes that way.
