It is very often the case with newly listed companies that they get sold down heavily to begin with. Look at UNI it opened at 39cents and got sold down to 21cents before rocketing to $1.49. Those people obviously had there reasons for selling out of UNI as is the case with SIE. (In no way am I suggesting SIE will do what UNI did)
