Be careful, 80% of the shares are owned by 8IH also listed on the ASX. Reports look very similar, and they look like a subsidiary to 8IH (not sure if these shares are included as part of their asset management portfolio) therefore there is considerable Management crossover. Interesting there was such a unanimous vote on all items at the AGM, even dishing out performance shares.
