My prediction is that ZFX will let the bid lapse on Feb 22nd and then buy up to the 20% level on market for under $1 and consider revisiting a possible AGM bid further down the track.

Given my recent track record what ZFX will most likely do is extend the $1 bid for another two weeks and who knows after that.

If ZFX seriously wants AGM then what they should do is wait til Feb 22nd and then extend bid for two weeks but up the bid to $1.10 ($1.05 might work but not as effectively) and declare their offer as final, ie walk at the end of that two weeks unless they manage to get over 50% By upping their bid 10 cents and declaring the bid final they will most likely get a heap of acceptances from the hedge funds that have been speculating on a higher bid.
