    Just curious.
    it has been implied that BHP had some sort of proprietary over the atmospheric leaching process, yet Acclaim Exploration had carried out extensive testing in this process for their Wingellina nickel oxide deposits years ago.
    I saw no mention of BHP involvement or mention of proprietary there......
    Can anyone shed light there?
