I hope the info is on the money (pardon the pun)
the upside to these forecasts is they would have been made before the price of coal took off so they may have revised to a buck perhaps
maybe after the pigs pull their heads out of the trough next week things will get motivated..........by amazing coincidence no doubt.........or probably the following week to make it look a little less than obvious.
