after this date. IMI anticipates this acquisition to
provide $7 mill in revenue over twelve month period.

3. "Asian distribution of intelliheart machines in June"
First machines (10) in initial purchase order, will be
shipped in June. Malaysia, Singapore, and
Indonesia are the three main countries involved and
future installations will target hospitals and medical
centres in those countries.
