    how so, consort being registered in the maldives have no reporting obligation in Australia and Australia has no jurisdiction over the maldives. The true identity of consort will always be protected unless there is a disgruntled canary amongst their ranks.

    I'm sure there are many australian registered companies that have a tax haven registered company that owns more than 20% without any issues.
