Poseidon operate in WA under the Poseidon Nickel Agreement Act. POS has an obligation to put development proposals to the government for a 300000 tonnes per annum nickel operation by the end of december this year. Have a read of the Agreement. It was amended in State Parliament earlier this year to require the development by 31 December 2007.
