Well, have just finished reading the transcript; on page 173 in short it references the board will endeavor to issue a decision or to say why they cannot by the end of January 2012.
So, we are looking at the end of January at the very latest on an outcome.
Can't help thinking it's the very fabric of the regulatory process that their going after meself.
