anyone else get the proforma email from Gray?
apparently the holding of shares in trust and subsequent transfer to the beneficial holders was "vetted" by the asx.
even so, it is misleading to a degree as it gives the impression the chairman was committing more than he actually was. nevertheless he continues to hold ~1m dollars worth.

its not a big deal imo.
just get some freakin contracts already.
