preliminary final report due tomorrow, page-7

I can't find mention of the restriction on output in their licence, but it does say..

"...The licensee must submit a report to the EPA'S Manager Waste Operations, demonstrating compliance with the relevant air emission regulation limits, within three months of commissioning of the Newcastle Iron Recovery Plant..."

I imagine that means any restriction should be lifted after a compliance report is submitted and considered.
