    "All is ok" is fine by me, so long as they give expected completion dates for the various stages. I still believe they are going to catch a few holders out with what their expectd completion date for Sengkang will be. I'm of the belief that it will be no later than the first qtr of 2010.

    Looking forward to report and what update it brings.
