    Which country will charge less tax?

    I was always a little concerned about that. If Indian taxes are lower than you would want more profits reported there and therefore you would pay GNM less for the coal.

    I would guess the Aus govt would have had experience with those sort of shennanigans in the past and would have safeguards in place (I hope).
