    Regarding the third plant:

    Whilst they claim they are holding the third plant at a "95% completion" point because they want to optimise it for Jatropha Oil, I believe it is because they don't have the cash to complete that plant ...

    Perhaps I would go back to considering this to be a "Buy" again after they announce Biodiesel production or at least let us know the true status of their Gylcerine refining.
