MC has gone from $75m to $750m in that time
The only product on the market is Peramivir (in Japan) and we know this is worth peanuts compared to Inavir.
They have filed again for FDA approval - we'll see what happens, but again, a very limited market and competing against IV Relenza.
Apart from these, their other opportunities are in Phase 2.
Compare with LANI and the $ opportunities are chalk and cheese.
Any opportunity to discuss the worth of Biota should always include the run of Biocryst.
Will Biota be a 10 bagger in a year? The pessimist in me says no way - not even a 3 bagger. But the possibility is there given the Biocryst example, a continued hot Biotech market and players like Baker Bros conducting the show (only an assumption at this stage that they are the conductors). Anyone have full blown Bloomberg access? Does this show this sort of data?
