    It is a PRELIMINARY REPORT guys and gals .... sheeeesh. I know that they COULD give the words around it but in all fairness, they don't have to and one can assume it will be done when the FINAL Annual Report is completed ... you know, the glossy thing with all the breakdowns of expenses, dep'n, etc?? :)
