    Tells it like it is - tech is proven and has a number of potential volume customers - finance is the gating factor and needs either a cornerstone investor or a large injection of cash from current and potential shareholders.

    So a typical late development stage high tech spec - good tech questionable finances.

    Anyone wanting in has a clear caveat emptor.

    I have I hold I wait.
