7) Ramp up
With properly written contracts, contractors won't get all their money until the DZP is up and running to specification. Which means we have another quarter to already make a little money from in initial production while sitting on, say, 20% of the plant costs until it has been determined that the suppliers delivered as ordered ... so that should give us another 50-100 mio leeway to avoid dilution ...
