if a major is willing to pay $100m for 10% of the DZP, dont you think they would try an outright takeover of ALK and get 100% of the DZP? the current market cap of ALK is only marginally over $100 m.
tomingley operations alone should warrant more than $100m. with approx $30 odd million in cash at present and zero debt the DZP is currently valued at zero by the market.
ALK first appeared on my t/a software when scanning the other night as a possible turnaround & i am really liking what i see here. huge, huge potential.
