This company would seem to have pretty much most of the bases covered.
As davidcasey just pointed out, a total takeover is on one side of the balance scales at the moment, with the total market cap being not much more than that. So - it would be very much in the interests of the company, and its other major backers and partners, to see its market cap rise significantly from here, so that the JV of $100 million would represent only a 10% share of the company.
Will be interesting to see if moves are made to boost the share price, and/or include the POTENTIAL value of the DZP into any valuation of the company, in addition to the market cap based solely on share price.
