Yes yes ian13288; I recall your presence in earlier cyber communications.
We all are sick and tired from kicking our own butts for entrusting ASIC with the Regulatory Whip they were supposed to use on the Thieves of this World.
What a whimp that turned out to be.
What's left is the CA and John Williams' Parliamentary Inquiry.
While we wait, I find massive amusement in placing as many exposes of this ASIC delinquency on this Forum as I can find.
And hang the moderations when s'one wants to stamp their ASIC allegiances ahead of justice for their victims.
Here is another sample of that ASIC delinquency:
Submission 430
The performance of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission
"...The Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman investigated ASIC’s conduct and prepared a report dated 7 December 2009 in which it made a number of adverse findings against ASIC including that it had not acted in a timely manner to effect provision of the supplementary reports;
The Commonwealth Ombudsman concluded that ASIC had not acted appropriately in the matter. However, the Commonwealth Ombudsman stated that due to “legislative constraints” the only remedy it could suggest was for ASIC to provide me with an apology.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman stated that it had written to ASIC seeking an apology on my behalf."
Australian Sense of Justice bursting with Maturity!
