Again, I urge everyone to have a look at Redbacka's take on gold in the xjo thread (on weekend charting and chat). Yes, he's just another chartist, but most would agree he's amongst the most respected on hotcopper.
He has referred to the seasonality of gold, and take a look at his indicators and how the market has reacted to the POG at previous levels.

disclaimer: i've even though i'm short NCM, I've hedged it with a long on gold with a tight stop. (yes, on the fence for a couple of days).
