Trouble is, Melburnians are rusted on left wing nut jobs. The Thespit of Australia, who like to sit around in outdoor cafes thinking they are so much more educated than the rest of Australia. They are so left leaning, not sure how you don't have back problems! Melburnians are the weird cousins that no one really cares about so maybe its about time you had a good hard look at yourselves!
The real battle ground for the next election is the greater Sydney! Morrison would expect to get Warringah back, with Kingsford Smith, Watson and Barton seats that could swing. Morrison was gifted the last election by the stuff ups in Queensland so I am surprised he isn't trying to do more for Queensland. That would be a less costly fix by sponsoring a bring the State of Origin back home Institute run by the King, Fatty and JT.
