@Yoggit; Victorians are aware of the extent to which the Liberal Party uses taxpayers' money to prop up Sydney and we're not happy about it!
Fortunately for Victorians we've not made the same mess of energy policy and our environment that NSW has done with the Darling Basin.
Our government is working to a renewable energy plan that's progressively replacing Old King Coal power stations, upgrading our power grid, our interconnectors interstate and massively expanding solar farming.
We even have a massive desalination plant to meet Melbourne's future water needs and Andrews' 'Big Build' is transforming Melbourne's transport systems into much less congested and more productivity enhancing transport networks.
Just one thing has been lacking, support from the Coalition. That explains why Andrews considered China's Belt and Road initiative as an alternative way forward ... it required even less federal government support.
