Well my back hurts, my arms are sore, I've got a bruised finger and it's late, I have never felt better in my life!!
Just back from filling sandbags for most of the night, I hope they help someone in some way. A lot of energy being thrown around on this thread, maybe some can find a more helpful way to use that energy:)
Thoughts are with anyone affected in any way, yes I believe that Anna is tackling this rather well and you can tell she has a brain full of information/procedures/contingencies that she seems to be able to communicate rather well to the media and public in a calm yet knowing manner, I didn't vote for Labour but she has impressed me so far.
Have a good one and stay safe all, people I know of have been on the front page of the paper showing their losses last week (up North) and others I know (family) are about to have their business premises swamped/decimated at West End, at least they have their lives though and a lot more warning than the people in Toowoomba had.
So give a little, what ever you can, the knock on affect from all this will be felt for a very long time and believe it or not every little bit will count:
