premier presentation confirmation

While it is not exactly "new" news it is at least pleasing to note a couple of comments in the latest Premier Oil presentation (25 March).


On page 26 of the 44 page presentation there is a chart which set out the Exploration outlook for 2010. At the top of the chart it shows that there is to a seismic survey on Block 07/03.

Then if you look at page 36 where it sets out the Exploration Outlook for 2011 it notes the following :
"SE Asia
Vietnam: Block 07/03 - CRD Appraisal and an
additional exploration well."

So things will move slowly at 07/03 but we might know before the next well is drilled whether PPP actually has finally had approval to have that 5% that it is supposed to be getting.

Talk about a slow boat to China ! Slow sampan to Vietnam.
