IMO Sol wouldn't be making his move unless he thinks he has the numbers, otherwise it would be a waste of everyone's time ? .... He's obviously been building support after Myer handed him another reason why he should intervene in December with a profit downgrade - albeit prior to the additional weekend of shopping prior to Christmas .... Interesting times ahead for Myer me thinks ?
He hasn't been buying shares as no Change Notice has been submitted ... doesn't mean his mates haven't been buying up to align with him and furnish him with greater numbers of votes at such and EGM ?
