The underlying problem could be CCX's product and service quality relative to its pricing. The management has admitted that they are unable to compete in the current market environment until they compress their margins. The product and service quality has also resulted in reduced market demand for CCX. Clearly, the management is trying to shift the blame to external factors for their blunders.
