I bought quite a few today. Decision made when the Bond market in the US had the wobbles last week. In addition - I was reading that Aus exported 4.6billion dollars of gold to the US in January. That told me everything I need to know. Also - soon there will be no products on the shelves for US consumers to buy, as no wholesalers are placing orders. This a slow-moving train wreck happening in the US and it will play out over months not weeks. Gold will be a place of security - forget US Bonds. Also 760 billion dollars of US bonds are held by China - how comfortable is that for the US? Talk about putting your hand in the lion's cage.
Australia Sends Record-Breaking Gold Shipments to the U.S. | Gold Secure@Dirkv1 I have no idea what the PLC drilling results will be - but willing to take a reasonable stake, which may pay off nicely. If not - well it is what it is, and we might find something else to mine. Might sell a few of you know what, to buy some more PLC. PLC seems to be extremely well priced IMO to take a bit of a risk on the assay results. But DYOR - I love gold, and it has made me a bit of dosh over the last year.
(I remind myself that PLC was 50cents in 2022 - just saying!

PS My way of thinking is that the gold sitting in the ground is worth more every day it sits there. As the oil price is so low, the gold mining industry is really in the lucky position of having one of it's biggest expenses reduced substantially. Just my thoughts and opinion.
