Thanks to IMF for providing the update and thanks to the one viewer of the post who gave it a thumbs up.

I had a lengthy conversation today with ARL, the jury is still out from my perspective, they are not at all up to date with PIF current/past history. Apparently CASCAP are meant to be dealing with current litigation relating to some asssets.
Wellington Capital Ltd seem to have passed the 'elusive buck' and responsibility on, does that mean that their team of 30 experts were not worth a pinch of pelicon poo???

I look forward to a report/update from the PIF AG re what AG members think in relation to the appointment of ARL and Cascap being appointed and at what cost/benefit to PIF unit holders. I don't recall being asked if I thought it would be beneficial.


I am still concerned re the outcome/distribution from any/if funds are recovered from the CA, no one appears to have any idea as to who will benefit.
