Good morning Jadel,
I recall vividly the tussles of the past where PIF direction
was derailed by internal unreason.
And regrettably, that smoulder lingers on.
A real question is: do we entrust 60% assets to WC to complete the "Liquidation by Stealth", or do we make an effort to have ASIC complete the transfer to ARL for the orderly disposal as stated in update releases.
And need I remind again, that Castlereagh Capital was seen as preferable to WC not so long ago.
ASIC is still "nvestigating" WC misdeeds as shown in their latest letter to me late December and posted on these pages.
A regulatory principle of Supervisory Code is to SUSPEND an entity under investigation. I remind again the itallised passage in a letter of ASIC being benign towards WC.
I continue calls for a unity of views:
Are we to trust Castlereagh or WC?
WC has a solid record of wrecking our trust, no arguments there.
That's where we are at.
