Thanks for all your valuable information, seamisty.

The Class Action should payout to my calculations the following estimates:-

$400,000,000 originally in MFS Premium Fund
6 Years interest at 9%.(case will finish at end of 2013)

So that would be $400,000,000 * 54% = $616,000,000

That is $616 Million dollars, that will be paid out.

This seems very reasonable to me, what do you think?
