These are beautifull, juicy monetary expectations.
I would pray they may come true.
The reality half of me says that it is the Statement of Claim
that will determine final distributions to us.
This SofC is yet to be submitted.
Perhaps it already exists, but locked out due to known court protectionism. I am not too sure if the primordial figure of $1 billion, back in 2009 could still be a yardstick.
We can only salivate in patience.
There are a lot of knockers out there who propagate visions of Solicitors pilfering any damages leaving PIFers with pittance. Let's hope that vigilance won't sleep on our judicial porch.
