In response to Wellington Capital Premium Income Fund Class Action enquiries the following was posted on the facebook page 'Disappointing Performance from Wellington Capital Re PIF Fund'::: Justice Perram was sent Short Minutes of Order reflecting his earlier decision (of 14 December 2011). Perram then made orders in accordance with the short minutes of order.
These orders simply reflect the earlier decision. This includes giving the applicants leave to file their amended statement of claim (e.g. the simplified claim).
