Premium Income Fund Class Action
If you are a person who was a registered holder of units in the MFS Premium Income Fund (now called the
Premium Income Fund) (Fund) in the period from 1 January 2007 until 15 October 2008, you are a Class member
in the Premium Income Fund Class Action and your legal rights may be affected by recent orders of the Federal
Court of Australia.
On 22 August 2014 the Federal Court made orders in relation to a registration process for Class Members.
