I think your living in pixieland if you expect the dso license alone  to quadruple price from its current position.  The market has moved less than 1% on the back of three positive announcements.
1: electricity agreement
2: shipment of smelters
3: receipt of funding

Three significant announcements and the market hasn't quite woken up yet although I suspect the punters are beginning to remove their blinkers as sentiment shifts.
