In terms of the power costs of the project Gulf have negotiated specific tarrif rates with PLN that fit into their feasibility study.
As we all know power is obviously the number one cost for running the hub, if it wasn't feasible they obviously wouldn't have signed the power purchase agreement in the first place as this is detrimental to the success of the project.
Remember Gulf has signed a 5 year power purchase agreement as the tariff prices agreed with PLN obviously fit into their initial 5 year plan.
The proof is in the pudding.
