One look at a chart, tells me that GBG is paying a premium of about 70%, and not the 14.9% they state.
SDL share price was dancing along merrily around about 50c for the last 3 months but in the last week and a half of trading it had jumped to the 74c level???????
GBG now values SDL at 85c a share- that makes the premium about 70% in my books if we suspect the 50% rise in 6 or 7 days, from 50 - 74c, was info driven.
