I would tend to agree.

long term synergies will be very good but short term the insiders on sdl are the ones who have had the real windfall.

GBG share price rise has come on the back of hard fought deals and a steady flow of info. SDL seems to have piggybacked its 50% gain over the last few weeks on the back of leaked info.

As i said long term deal is good for everyone but SDL movement over the last weeks or two is a bit on the nose.
