Yes I agree it is only a way of stalling the inevitable, and BLR will come out OK in the end, but it doesn't help the share price or any prospective investor that is looking for a solid uranium company to throw cash at if there are legal matters pending.
It may even mean that the restart of drilling might be temporarily suspended until decision by the courts.
Another set back.
Even as a LT holder, I still want some increase in share price and market cap, especially as the U308 price is going to increase.
