Michael Heffernan was referring to his point of view on the market as a whole, not NXS...
When we are having a correction all these supposed experts will start saying they see more and more value. Ultimately they were all wrong in 2008... they have as much chance to pick a winner as the average diligent punter IMO.
If the market still keeps being trashed, there is nowhere anyone can hide, apart from cash\gold.
NXS is in a good position IF we turn around...Then the Crux asset will be worth something. If we do go through another large correction- not many small cap's will find the funding or JV's to do anything. This is the reality of our small cap's- IMO.
NXS having a producing asset being worth more than current SP is amazing... Yet who knows if any of their other assets will be developed over time. Odds are they will- IMO. Not a ST play however by any means...
