This announcement is an update and I have been nagging for months for updates. On shareholders minds was funding is a problem, await the cap raise & dilution and go from there. If this loan eventuates which I expect it will, dilution is avoided and hopefully no cap raise necessary. I don't believe any announcement previously informs the market of QMN taking such approach to funding. So therefore I for one, am grateful for today's announcement.

And you mention the deals? Would not "Delivery of copper ore to third parties" imply that a deal is almost complete/completed? Depending on how much capital can be generated from processing, the funds could be enough to "do all that stuff".
