It's not that there is no case for divesting, but I don't agree with the argument that it's a distraction at all.
In the end, the minerals leases are just additional projects run by a division of the company that is set up for that purpose.
Every decent exploration company is able to handle having more than one project and they have to make decisions about where to spend the money and which to prioritise.
This is no different and if they'd hit 30 mtrs at 10% copper instead of .3 metres everyone would be applauding them, but that's minerals exploration.
It's not that there is no case for divesting, but I don't agree...
