    re: big upgrade Expect the same old delay in response to good news that we have seen in TOX since 3c....

    With a Buy recommendation in last weeks Sunday Times and today's news hopefully some of the institutions will start to run the sums and realise the value in this baby! Perhaps it is time for TOX to start ramping up the media and roadshows!
