re: whats it giong to take for 15.... Vfrioni, i thoroughly understand the concept of holding with patience. I average less than 1 sale of shares per year. Don't tell me what i do and don't understand.
The concept of short term share price is very important from a long-term holders perspective, especially for a company that is in the position TOX is in. There are two main reasons for this:
1. TOX have made it very clear they are looking for further acquisitions. If these acquisitions are to be partially or wholly funded by equity, it is very important that TOX shares are fully priced. The higher the price of their shares, the less dilution they have to offer certain companies in acquiring them, and the better that is for us current shareholders.
2. It is also in the best interests of TOX holders that their shares are fully priced because, like i previously mentioned, TOX is very much a takeover target in an industry undergoing rapid consolidation. The lower the share price is relative to the intrinsic value of the company, the higher the chances are that a takeover will occur from a large industry player (e.g. TPI) and the less value we as TOX holders receive.
In light of these two important reasons, perhaps it is you who doesn't understand why it is important for a company's share price to reflect value, irrespective of whether you are a short-term or long-term holder.
I'll take a chill pill the moment you can assure me beyond all doubts that the current share price is completely irrelevant from a long-term holders perspective.
