re: no nmore due dilligence until deal reached I would expect that Allegiance's own mill productionj is progressing well, and given that they won't be profiting much from an agreement with Bluestone, maybe they will just wait until their own equipment is on-stream. I would rather they did it if Bluestone wants too big a slice of the action.

In the short term, this could mean the price holds steady or drops a bit, but I would say that its just an opportunity to buy for the more patient among us.
